Delivery information.
It is important that you check your goods upon delivery for any noticeable damages caused during transit. If you see any sign that they may have been damaged in transit please write 'damaged' when signing for them. Any claims for courier damage will not be considered unless you do so.
The date of delivery after dispatch varies depending on the service used. We use a number of delivery methods to ensure your order arrives safely and as swiftly as possible:
Royal Mail (Recorded or Tracked) Delivery can be expected within 2-3 working days. If you're not home when delivery's attempted they'll leave you a 'while you were out' card telling you where they took it and where you can pick it up. It'll be at your nearest sorting office and you can pick it up when it's convenient for you to do so. Alternatively, you can contact the Royal Mail and organise a redelivery. If your order isn't collected within seven days and you don't contact Royal Mail, your order will be delivered back to us.
APC Hand Delivery Delivery can be expected the following working day. If you're not home when delivery's attempted they'll leave you a 'while you were out' card asking you to contact them to rearrange a suitable day for delivery.
Note: Whirlpool baths are made to order, so can take between 7 to 14 days for delivery.
The majority of orders however, are delivered on a pallet via a specialist pallet delivery company. Delivery by pallet ensures that all your goods are secure, safe and arrive to you in the same condition as they were when they left our premises.
Once your pallet has been wrapped, it is then collected by the delivery company. Upon collection, the delivery company will give you a call to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery in order to minimise any disruption to your day. It is therefore important to provide a contact telephone number with your order.
Your order will then be delivered on the agreed date, and the pallet will be taken direct to your door. Unfortunately, the delivery driver is not insured to help you inside with your goods, but they will allow you sufficient time to unwrap the pallet and inspect all the goods inside. We have an agreement with the delivery company that this process is to take place, as checking over the items is one of the most important parts of the delivery process. If any items are missing or damaged, please note this on the delivery note, and in the case of damaged items, please do not accept them, but instead, have them returned to us so that we can arrange suitable replacements. If there are any missing or damaged items, us a call as soon as possible (within 48 hours) to advise of the problem. Unfortunately, claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted once the items have been signed for.
We strongly advise that you do not book your plumber or undertake any preparatory work until you have received and checked your goods.
RETURNS POLICY
In the unlikely event that you would like to take advantage of our 14 day money back guarantee and return an item purchased through us, please ensure that you read the following carefully.

Unless the item is damaged it is the customers responsibility to cover any charges for returning an item. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for return costs.

You can also arrange for the product to be returned by your carrier of choice, for which the customer is responsible for the cost.

Where you have paid extra for Saturday or next day delivery, we cannot refund this amount. We will only refund the full amount of the item purchased.

Please ensure that you keep the original packaging, and return your item in this original packaging.

All money will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the goods by us. This money will be refunded back to the card by which the item was bought, providing the goods are returned in the same condition as which they were delivered in.

If your item is damaged, then it will be picked up free of charge and replaced. If it is missing parts, we will send out these parts free of charge as soon as you advise us.

If we have not heard from you within 14 days, we will assume that you are happy with your purchase.

We at Jade Bathrooms are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and the SafeBuy Code of Practice.

We will delete information or correct any inaccuracies at no charge as soon as you make the request.
We do not use cookies on our website.
Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) on request where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.
