| Buyers guide |
The development of today's modern bathroom has been a fairly recent one. Until not so long ago the bathroom was of little concern, functionality was its primary goal, with maybe a simple bathroom cabinet for storage. Typically the smallest room in the house limited us to the standard toilet, basin and bath. However these days its widely appreciated that the bathroom is one of the most important rooms in the house, not only from a functional point of view but also an aesthetic one. Indeed everyone is aware that, coupled with the kitchen the bathroom is the biggest selling point of a property.

Bathroom cabinets On the whole the bathroom cabinets function remains the same, to offer an amount of storage and a reflective surface, often wall mounted above the basin. Whilst its function may remain the same, the designs and features are almost endless. With fitted lighting, infra red on off controls, concealed shaver sockets and mist free mirrors all packaged in stunning designs to suit everyone's tastes.

Heated Towel rails Function and design, the heated towel rail serves to enhance the bathroom whilst providing ambient heat and a towel drying function. To say the bathroom radiator has come a long way is an understatement, some today's heated towel rail designs have become Art in their own right.
Bathroom taps It cannot be overstated that careful consideration should be used when choosing the bathroom taps. The rest of your chosen bathroom may be stunning, but choosing the wrong tap will spoil the whole design and feel. Take a little time to choose, some obvious things to take into consideration are shape, size, finish, function and water pressure.
